What is the return policy?

Herou accepts returns within 7 days of delivery strictly on unworn, unused items with original tags and packaging intact. Every return is checked thoroughly before approval; if any signs of wear, damage, washing, odor, or tag removal are found, the return will be refused. Approved refunds are issued after inspection to the original payment method (or store credit for COD orders).
